Textiles
As an artist I express my ideas using a variety of different materials and techniques. I am very passionate about textile based crafts; enjoying tapestry weaving, felting, spinning and sewing. Created using a combination of natural and recycled synthetic materials, my tapestries focus on the interaction of nature and human-made things in our environment. My bracelets and table mats are the result of collecting, hoarding and recycling fabrics. I carefully craft each item by hand, which makes them unique and individual pieces.
