I will be one of the ‘Artist-in-Residence’ once again following the success of last year. I will be demonstrating my own expressive style of painting, writing and movement. I will be happy to talk about my art practice to visitors. My focus of study for the Residency will be ‘The Poppy Flower' looking at its simple beauty and symbolism. Any monies acquired during HOST I will donate a percentage of money to a charity/charities to support families affected by war. I hope to be delivering workshops during the Residency; this is to be confirmed by the Library Service.
